Yalova

In the first week of the semester break, there was MUNBU and I attended. It was an MUN organized by Bilkent University. The university campus was really big and beautiful. I do not really remember most of it so i guess it was fine. The classrooms were huge and really cold. I was there for 4 or 5 days instead of going to school. Next week we went to Yalova with my mom and little brother. Yalova is a little city next to Istanbul no many people know it exists but i practically grew up there since my grandma grandpa had a summer house over there and we would go that house every year before their deaths. I miss them more than anything and I need them more than anyone. I loved them with every part I have. I still do.

Yalova is a really small city and you can travel it in one day but we decided to divide it into two days. First we went to the old house that were my grandmas and grandpas. It now belong to my aunt and uncle but they were not home so we could not get in. It will forever be my favourite place. I can still remember them in that house. I can remember that we would always go to the pool and there was one old market that my mom always used to buy ice cream for me.  Later that day we went to the best place in the world. A restaurant that ony sells soup. It was a small place with many people and a big balcony.

Next day  we went to a lake and I honestly can not remember its name. The sun was shining through the water and it was creating little sparkles. It looked beautiful and we saw a huge tree. It was so tall and old i guess.

Overall I was crying through the whole trip because of my grandparent so I can not really remember much but everything looked so beautiful. There were beautiful green forests everywhere and we went to Istanbul too. I mean we just passed through so there is nothing much to talk about.

My semester break was beautiful except the earthquake that scared our family too much thaat we did not even leave the house for two weeks straight.
