In this holiday we went to Mersin. Mersin is our countries important one of the port cities. In Mersin port, every year too much imports and exports has been done. In Mersin too much naturel beauty and historical monuments available.
Girl Castle-Mersin
I’d really like to again there it was awesome and this is the legend of the Girl Castle:
The king Korykos always prayed for a child and her child became very beautiful. When she grew up all kings and princes wanted to marry with her. One day at Korykos city an oracle was invited to palace by the king of the city. When the oracle saw her he said that: ‘ A snake will bite your daughter’. After that the king built a castle and close his daughter forever. After that there was a basket and a snake inside the basket. The girl got bitten and she died.
Actually, I was surprised when I heard this story.
Heaven and Hell-Mersin
It has a 128 depth of 128 meters and there is a legend about hell Zeus did a war with a dragon which has: hundred headed dragon spewing flames.
Did you now? The old people were making wine in Heaven and Hell with grape! The Hell is deeper than Heaven. It was great ı prefer you to go.
Asthma Cave-Mersin
The Asthma Cave is very wet and damp. But it’s great for asthma patients. The wall of the was so shiny because of the salts. There were so much stalactites. This cave has one name two which is ‘Wish Cave’
Cappadocia
(Not in Mersin but ı went there.)
Cappadocia was the most beautiful places I went. There were too many ‘Fairy Chimneys’. I did my own pot (it was awful) but anyways I liked to doing my pot. Some people say: These Fairy Chimneys like camel. Always.
There are some stores at there you can buy stuff.
You can travel with cars at ‘Fairy Chimneys’ ( I just sawed peoples) Cappadocia is a real natural beauty. It was built by erosion of the stream, lakes and wind.
