Wearing Uniforms: pros and cons

Wearing uniforms is generally a must in schools, just like ours. But is it really that important? For most students, school uniforms shouldn’t be mandatory. I actually totally agree with them. I think the main reason is that you wouldn’t have to spend time choosing what to wear each day. Or maybe it’s a requirement just because it seems more proper. This may be true to an extent. If there were no requirement for uniforms, students might come in wearing inappropriate clothes that don’t fit the school environment. But making students wear uniforms shouldn’t be the solution to this. Students who wear inappropriate clothes can be sanctioned. Students could become more creative if schools allowed them to wear whatever they want. It would also be easier for them to express their feelings and thoughts, and they would feel more comfortable and self-confident.
