Why is nature so important for humans?
Nature gifts many benefits to humans from the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat, nature enhances our wellbeing and freely provides the essentials for our survival. It gives us a sense of peace and wellbeing, a calming influence on the soul. So nature is everything around us and without it we are nothing at all. We are nature, we are animals. Nature brings us a sense of connection, belonging; we are part of nature. Observing the natural world reminds us how amazing this planet is and how we have a role to play to keep it that way. If we overstep our boundaries, nature will put us back in our places, despite our best efforts to overcome that. The world is at peace when you work with nature rather than against it. If we do nothing to keep this planet alive, then we lose all that we are and all we have been given. Every species we lose is a horrible reflection on our earth and our selves.
As a result mankind and environment are interdependent, they will always co-exist. One can’t be without the other. We are nature, nature is us. That is we are part of nature. So nature should be well preserved for the benefit of us and the future generations to come. We should appreciate and protect it. Just as we care about our selves we must take care of nature as well.
