Unplugged

For a month without technology, I would plan my days to connect more deeply with nature and the present moment. I would start my day by waking up with the sunrise and going for a walk in nature to clear my mind. A relaxed breakfast, reading time, and meditation would help me begin my day calmly and intentionally.

Without technology, I would rediscover old habits—taking handwritten notes, keeping a journal, and perhaps starting to learn a new language. I would spend time engaging in activities that promote well-being, such as tending to a garden, cooking, and doing household chores. These tasks would keep me productive while also allowing me to relax mentally. I would meet friends face-to-face, organizing activities to connect in person. Instead of watching movies, I might go to the theater or revisit classic films, which would offer a nostalgic sense of enjoyment.

In the evenings, I would gaze at the stars and reflect on the day before falling asleep. Living without technology would give me the opportunity to live in the moment, focus more on my relationships, and appreciate life’s simple yet profound beauty. This experience would allow me to reconnect with what truly matters.
