To Success From the Ground Up

No one has ever been rich, famous, successful in his studies or, for the simplest example, successful in human relations. Nothing, no power, brings success to people without effort. If it does, you should stop and think about it.

In general, I think there are a lot of reasons behind people being successful at something. People who are very rich often come from very poor, people who do well in their studies are often people who got bad grades in the past, or people who cook well in the past have not been very good at cooking. Although I have given three examples on this subject, which are almost independent of each other, I think that what I have said in general terms makes sense. But I say in general terms because we shouldn’t necessarily look for evil behind every good thing, right? If success is really to be desired, people need to get out of their self-protection zones and their comfort zones.

I want to talk about Steve Jobs, who is one of the biggest examples of this and I think everyone knows his name in general.

Jobs opened his eyes in the US state of Wisconsin. He was given up for adoption to an educated family when he was just a week old. Completing high school, Jobs dropped out when he started university and continued to study the courses he wanted. Jobs, who took a good calligraphy course through the courses he took, also states that he owes the success of his creativity to calligraphy. He later opened a company called Apple with a partner. When the company was on the rise, Jobs was fired from the company he started because of a mistake he made. Afterwards, the company he opened alone started to rise in the future and he sold his company to Apple. Afterwards, Jobs managed to make his name among the richest people in the world.

Even if Steve Jobs had some misfortunes in his life, he did not give up and opened another company and that company reached high places is a sign that people should not give up.

Now I want to give an example that is the opposite of Jobs. And I want to give this example from myself. Last year, I was studying for the LGS exam as every eighth grader should. I continued my studies in the first and second semesters. I knew that the thing that kept me one or two steps ahead of my peers was my efficient work and determination. Even though I was getting bad grades when I first started, I’ve been getting paid for my work in the last month. My family and friends assured me that I would get close to a full score in the exam despite my hard work. When I took the exam and the exam was announced, we saw that I got 370 out of 500. Everyone was in great shock What I’m trying to tell you is that we have to get out of our comfort zone and work, but we should leave the result to fate. (My case is a bit of an exception.)

This is the text of Michael Jordan’s “I have failed many times in my life and that is why I have succeeded.” I want to end with the word.
