Human will is a very important and special thing that was given to him by The Creator. It is a capability to make decisions that can affect somebody’s life and lifestyle. All humans have free will, so no one can judge them for the decision they have made or about to make. We can give an example; like a boy about to make a school choice that will affect his education life and success level.
Lately the question “Would you rather you had the chance to change the past or see the future?” is very popular. My opinion on this topic is quite different from others. I wouldn’t opt for either of them because I am happy with my current natural lifestyle. And I claim that if we had one of those chances no one could ever live as they are living currently. They wouldn’t have responsibilities; they wouldn’t take the trouble to learn from their mistakes they have made etc. Making wrong or right choices leads to learning a valuable lesson. And this lesson can affect the people around you, their actions, even the atmosphere you live in. So basically, I am unbiased on this topic.
However, if I had to choose one of them for just one time, I would choose to change the past. Because everyone is human and everyone can make mistakes, so I think that those who make a bad decision deserve one more chance. As I said, we are all human and no one claims that he or she has never made a mistake.
Another reason is that, if I had chosen to see the future and I see a bad thing that was going to happen to me I would get depressed and wouldn’t want to do anything. I would literally feel like I was in a plant life. Eat, breathe, and finally die.
A chance to do either one of them for just one time in your lifetime and doing either of them for the rest of your life are incredibly different things. Therefore, people should be careful while making their decisions, or else it can affect them, the society, even the environment in a very unexpected way.
