James was a surgeon in the hospital that was near to his house.People loved him in that area.He was a good surgeon.He wakes up early and sometimes goes out late from the hospital.
One day he went to the hospital again.There was a needed operation.The patient’s arm was bleeding.He was a construction worker.He fell down and hit his arm to the iron in the building.The nurses quickly got him to the room.Later,James got into the room.They started the operation.The operation was going good until they had to make a decision.They would either cut the arm or do not cut it but risk his life.One of the nurse went to talk with the man’s family to make the decision.But he did not have a family.There was no one there.The nurse went back to the room and talked to James.The time was limited for the patient.After these the doctors should have make a choice.James started thinking.He got out of the room to talk with his other doctor friends.They started thinking.A few minutes later,his friends told him to cut the arm and save his life.James agreed with it and went to the room again.But when he got into the room,he was thinking about not the cut the arm.He started looking to the patient and thinking.After about five minutes later,the patient was going to die.He said,we will not cut the arm.The nurses’ could not believe what they heard.One of the nurse said:”Your final decision?”James replied:”Yes”They continued the operation.It had a lot of risk.After a hour,the patient was almost going to die but they were able to save him.When they got him out of the room.All the doctors and nurses were sweating but his arm was still there.2 days later,the patient opened his eyes and thanked to everyone.He gave every detail about how the accident happened.James had a big risk on losing the man’s arm.But at the end,they succeed.3 months later the man went back to his job and started working again.
That day James made the hardest decision of his life.After his retirement,he thought about this a long time.”It was a great feeling.”He said this all of the time.
