STRESS

In our daily lives, feeling stressed is a very common experience for everyone. Some people get stressed really easily, while others may rarely feel stressed. But how does stress affect us?

Stress can help us in certain situations, but usually, it’s more harmful than beneficial. It may weaken the immune system, cause digestive problems, chronic fatigue, and so on. Therefore, feeling stressed frequently and not knowing how to reduce it can be very harmful to our bodies. I believe the best way to deal with stress is to be aware of what stresses us the most and to recognize when we feel stressed.

If we know what stresses us, we can try to find a solution. For example, if someone gets stressed when there is a lot of work to do, they might create a study plan to reduce their stress. Understanding when we get stressed is also very important. This way, we can try to relax during those times. Knowing when we get stressed is also important to determine whether we’re managing it effectively or not.

In conclusion, stress may be harmful, but being aware of how we can deal with it is a key factor.
