Report On Out Of School Activity Options

As requested, here is my report on three out of school activity options for students. Some students, mostly boys, in our school said that they are interested in sport activities. A sports club would be beneficial for people who like to try sports like basketball, swimming and football. This would give the students an opportunity to implement physical movement into their day. In health and entertainment wise, it might be a good option.

Creativity is a skill that is important in our daily lives and academic success. One of the most interested ways of improve that skill is through art. Most students stated that they are interested in art, or want a way to improve their creative side. By having a drawing club, students can discover new ways about themselves that would have a positive impact to their lives and possibly discover new career paths as well. Also, art is a scientifically proven way to let out emotions. Students would benefit from letting out emotions that take a toll on their mental health.

The majority of our students stated that aren’t able to experience outdoor life as much as before. Having an outdoor adventure program where students explore the wilderness by activities like hiking, camping or rock climbing can show students the outdoor experience while teaching them survival skills that they may need in their lives leading on.

My recommendation would be the art club. While other options are quite beneficial as well, an art club will get the interest of most of the students while not being too expensive, like how an outdoor program would be. Students would be able to let out their emotions, have fun and learn at the same time.
