Protecting Children’s Rights and Shaping the Future

 

 

Protecting children’s rights is one of the most important subject for building a better future. Children are the future of all of the societies. Their well-being directly affects the development of the societies.

To protect children’s rights there are some main subjects which are mentioned below:

First of all to safe the children from harm, governments need to create strong child protection laws. Although in most of countries constitution there are children rights protection. Even if in those law clauses which includes some basic rights can be seen as living, alimentation and getting education. There are not enough to provide protection for all children.

Secondly education is one of the most important essentials to protect children right. Every single child should have access to free and quality education. In some developing countries there are many children could not have an access to free education. They should go to private schools to get quality education. Their governments should provide quality education in public schools too. Education is also important for children to learn their rights. At this stage countries education systems take a big part. Some countries like Finland has great education system because their education system that supports children rights to learn and develop their skills. However some other countries should improve themselves about this subject for build a better future.

Furthermore, the main right of children is right to life. In this case health asistances are taking a big role. In the world there are many children who can not reach health assistance. For example children in Africa are struggling with malaria but they don’t have medicines or other needed equipments.

Last of all, awareness about children rights is important too. Parents, teachers and community leaders must educated about this subject in depth. Workshops or some campaigns can be organised to spread awareness about problems like child abuse, traficking and discrimination.

In conclusion, protecting children’s rights is not only important for their personal development but also for the development of society as a whole. Governments, communities and individuals must work together to create a safe and supportive world for children can learn, grow and be happy. Only this can bring us to a better future.
