Today i will talk about pros and cons of working from home. Working from home is more comfortable than going out from home and go somewhere and come again at evening, this is so hard to do and torture.
But there is some cons about working from home. Always staying at home can cause tiredness and lack of motivation. Some people do not feel like that when they stay at home a lot but actually if i would have an boring job absolutely that would happen to me. Actually i want to work from home at the future but i must work at a job that i loved. Anyway get back to the subject ı was talking about cons of working from home. For some people working from home can cause asocial life. Maybe you do not want to
work when you work from home because in a company or any other managment there is herd mentality that motivates people to work but it does not serve the purpose to some people. Some people can motivate themselves and for these people it is easier to work from home. Even you can motivate yourself or can not, i think it is easier to work from home. When you work from home you must take risk to make your own meal while work time, if you do not eat from outside. If you don not work from home and have a car fuel prices are a problem too, also it is waste of time. If you do not work from and go your work with car or public transport it is take your time and at that plenty of time you can do more productive things. For example: go to the gym, reading book, work on a new talent etc. Yes, there are some negative parts of go out from home to work but there are some positive parts of it too. You can make good friendships at the company that you work outside your home. You do not have to strive for making snack or meal for yourself; there is dining hall, you go there take meal and eat you don not do it, you do not serve it, only you eat it but eating from dining hall’s bad part is you can not choose what you eat.
Long story short, i think it is better working from home. Like everything, every choices it has pros and cons but when we compare them it is better from wroking from home.
