One summer day, my aunts came to visit. We had our dinner, and then my aunt Deniz arrived, saying, “I have a big surprise for you.” Eagerly, I asked when I could receive my surprise, and she replied, “When you wake up.” Excited, I went to sleep.
Upon waking up, I found a note and a notebook. Wondering where my aunt was, I searched her room, but she wasn’t there. I read the letter:
“Hi,
Sorry for not being here with you. I received a call and had to go to Japan. I’ll be back in a week, and when I return, I’ll teach you how to use the notebook.
See you soon,
Your Aunt Deniz.”
Unable to contain my curiosity, I opened the notebook, finding short paragraphs and the book’s title, ‘Magic Phones.’ As I reached page 120, I discovered a phone number, but there was no additional information. Skipping that page, I continued reading. After finishing the book, I found a note on the last page that read, “Please do not forget the phone number. If you do, you can’t return home. To use, open page 120, write the phone number below it, and you’ll teleport to the land you wrote. But don’t forget to read the information first.”
Choosing a phone number that indicated a land made of ice cream, I called it with my phone. Upon opening my eyes, I found myself surrounded by ice creams and happily indulged in them. As it approached 8 o’clock, I tried writing the phone number, but it was wrong. Frustrated, I repeatedly attempted, but it didn’t work. Overwhelmed, I started crying until I heard a sound—my aunt’s voice. Opening my eyes, I realized it was just a dream.
Afterward, we had breakfast, and my aunt gave me a big kiss, wishing me a happy birthday. I had forgotten it was my birthday. To my surprise, my aunt brought out a large birthday cake, and we celebrated my special day.
