Out-Of-School Activity Report

This report aims to outline three out-of-school activity options for students which I have personally tried as requested: a Sports Club, an Art Workshop, and a Coding Class.

1. Sports Club
The Sports Club offers activities such as football, basketball, volleyball and swimming. Despite the physical wellbeing students gain, they have also stated trained coaches had a significant impact on their development.

However, most students seem to complain about the lack of sports equipments and the limited area for them to do sports. If these issues can come to a conclusion by some support from the club openers, more efficient progress is more likely to be made.

2. Art Workshop
An Art Workshop is expected to provide students with the chance to get better in their art, with the help of an experienced tutor; however in this case, students claim that the teacher who was hired seems to be no help for the young artists.

Even though this workshop has the potential to benefit students towards arts by its wide range of art supplies, the program is not where it needs to be, currently. If some changes are considered and more artists visited this workshop, such as our local artist Mrs. Smith, students would learn more in here.

3. Coding Class
The Coding Class focuses to teach students programming and computer skills which are essential in today’s digital age. Learning coding helps with student’s problem-solving abilities and their future choice of career.

Yet, students are not in the same level. Some can cope with the longest codes meanwhile some kids are still trying to find the proper key to press. To fix this issue, more classes for different grades can be opened; offering separate classes based on the student’s skill levels will speed up the process of all of them learning to properly code and won’t leave anyone behind.

Conclusion
All three activities have unique benefits, implementing these programs would help with students’ social lives alongside with overall success; because the students will have an area in their life to relax and have fun.
