Working at an office is like the main part of the job. You go to a building where you sit down and do the ordered work. You go there at 9 A.M. in the morning and leave at 5 P.M. 8 hours of continuous work in a 4-fall containment cell is really painful. But this stuff will be a thing of the past in the future because of the new trend “working from home”.
Working from home can be something bad for the bosses since they rent a building for people to work in it. But no one really cares about their problems and so do I. Working from home has a lot of benefits to the employees. They actually might be more productive since they do not have to wear uncomfortable suits and they can work however they want. Our home is the place where we feel the most comfortable, and the place we are the most comfortable is the place we are productive the most. The feeling of freedom and not being forced will certainly be better for us. Without happy workers a company cannot thrive. Some people might think that there will be workers who do not do their work and use this as an opposing argument. But technology is our savior in this situation. We have apps and software that can follow your employee’s work. Which means that if they do not do the stuff, they are obligated to do you will be informed. With it’s minuses and pluses the concept of working from home will be a lot more popular in our future.
Offices are a big part of our society. They were places workers could socialize and work together as a team. But with technology improving faster and faster every day, we will not need those and instead will use our comfy houses for work. Can’t wait to see those days.
