Occupations Have No Gender

There are stereotyped professions that men and women do. these professions are stereotyped because of people and because of society. In addition to the professions that women and men do together, there are also professions that create the perception of “A man does this job” or “A woman does this job.”

Women are more often engaged in fine work ; reading, sewing embroidery, or care style with fine jobs that require attention and extra attention. Besides, men deal with harder and rougher jobs. such as mining and industry. this is because rough deeds require more power. men do things that require power or are similar to it, because women will have more difficulty doing it than men. There are some professions that can be done without gender mattering. for example, doctor, lawyer, architecture, engineering and many other professions. I don’t think there should be an example of inequality between men and women, because it’s not exactly what society determines, it’s something that is inherent in people. If it were a situation that is influenced by society and is completely based on society, some people’s thinking might change, but I think there is no inequality. Of course, it makes more sense for everyone to do the profession they are prone to in order to get better and higher efficiency from the works. but besides this, since childhood, giving dolls to women as toys and playing the house and buying toy cars and toy repair tools for boys makes them take a place in children’s minds and say, “I need to do such a profession.” Like the strength and height of men’s professions  are physical properties. To give an example, the fact that women’s hands are usually thinner than men helps them to do manual work. And mans bodys are usually stronger than womens bodys.

Nevertheless, no matter what, a woman should be able to work in industry or be a civil servant, a policeman or a soldier he should even be a driver if he wants to. but when women choose such professions, they are not taken for granted by people as normal. In fact, everyone who wants to choose the profession they want not only women but also mens. When a man or woman chooses a different profession than the stereotyped professions, this needs to be normalized by the public. As long as these are not normalized, people will have difficulty choosing the profession they want, and perhaps they will have to choose a profession they do not want at all.

As a result, it is necessary to break down the perceptions in society in order for everyone to choose their desired profession freely. In order for this perception to be overthrown, perhaps more people need to make different career choices.
