In this world people are treating other people unequally or disadvantageously based on their gender but not necessarily in a sexual nature in many ways. And it is reflecting to job opportunities because people are judging other people with their gender or prejudging them before they don’t even know what the person next to them is capable of.
But this is wrong; we shouldn’t be deprecative to people we don’t even know specially with their genders. We should be supportive for this world. We are human beings in any type of situation and we are equal in this world. No body can decide which gender is more appropriate for which job. You can be a woman while you are civil engineer or you can be the manliest man while you are a fashion designer. It’s all up to you. No body can tell you what you are capable of or what you should do for your life.
In these days this pattern thoughts are getting much more lesser because people are starting to realize how wrong the occupational gender discrimination is. We can be a whole new world without gender discriminations.
People shouldn’t know limits for their aims. The way we burn shouldn’t be a barrier on our way. It is wrong in many ways and it is unacceptable. We can’t accept that or accommodate ourselves. Don’t be afraid to be a pilot if you are woman or don’t hesitate if you want to be a postman if you are woman or man it doesn’t matter anyways
