Never Ending Friendship

I’m Ecrin and I am 15 right now. When I was in primary school, I met Ela. While everyone was bullying me in school, she was the only one which stood by me. She was my best friend until they go abroad.

When I was a kid, I was spending every day with her. I don’t need anyone while I’m with Ela. When we were in 3rd grade, I made a mini birthday party. There was like 8 person. For sure, Ela was there too. But especially, their parents were at my party too! They met with my parents and surprisingly they like each other. After my birthday party, they become close friends. We even went on a vacation.

Ela’s father was a computer engineer. His work advancing very intensely. During middle school, all of a sudden they needed to go abroad for her dad’s business. I got shocked. I didn’t even think about what I’m going to do without her. And really, I can’t do anything without her. Luckily they didn’t move.

We started to enter the new year together. Her parents invited us to their new year party. We accepted the invitation. We played bingo. After the bingo, we gave each other our new year presents. And to be honest, I had a really good time! Later that party, we decided to do further! Moreover, we entered almost all new years together.

So basically, she is my best friend. I was always in the same class as her. She always supported me. Surely I always supported her. Also, it is a big plus that our family is close to each other. They come to our house once a month. I spend all of my free time with Ela.

And finally, we went to high school. We made lots of new friends. When someone says “Best Friends”, we were the first to come to their mind. One night, Ela called me. Her voice was nervous. After I open her call, my mom came to my room. She hugged me and said, “Ela and her parents are moving abroad.”. Meanwhile, I was talking with Ela. I didn’t think anything at that moment. As I said to u before, I can’t do anything without her.

After 1 year, I accepted the absence of Ela. I’ve been feeling so lonely since she left. We were going to enter the new year. It is going to be our first year without them. We were going to celebrate with each other. And it was only seconds before the new year. And, just then we heard a doorbell. I ran to open the door. When I opened the door, I couldn’t believe my eyes. They were here! They didn’t forget us. So we celebrated the new year together as we always do. They came because they could not adapt to that country and they never went back. We were all just as happy as before.
