Watching movies and series has positive and negative affects on people and in this essay i will explain what is good, what is not and why.We will see how the time you spend in front of the screen changes our daily life routine and our health.
I’m starting with positive aspects.One of the good things about young people watching movies and TV shows is that it’s a fun way for them to relax. Another positive aspect is that it can bring people together. Even families can bond over a good movie night. These are the positive aspects of watching series now i will talk about negative aspects of spending time watching TV series. With developing technology, the time spent in front of the screen has increased significantly, sittin in front of the screen for hours might make us lazy. When we watch too many shows without moving around, it’s not healthy for our bodies we need to balance screen time with activities that keep us active, like playing outside or doing sports. Or staying up late to watch shows can mess up our sleep pattern. The light from screens can make it hard for us to fall asleep, and not getting enough sleep isn’t good for our health or how we feel during the day.
