First of all, I would want my city to be in Germany because Germany’s economy and size are excellent. For this reason, I would like my city to be in a place like Germany. Now, in my city, there wouldn’t be any racism, and since my city would cover half of Germany, it would have many historical beauties. Even if my city covered half of Germany, it would still be an independent city, like a country. Schools there would last six hours, and there wouldn’t be exams, report cards, or even certificates of appreciation. Students with high absenteeism would study one extra hour, and working hours for people would be six hours because parents going to work would need to leave their children in safe care.
People would be as hospitable as in Turkey; those who were not hospitable would be expelled from the city. People would be graded on their behavior and appearance—those who committed offenses or were inhospitable would lose points, while those who did good things would gain points. If someone lost points, as the ruler of the city, I wouldn’t enforce strict rules like in South Korea. For example, someone taking a photo of my statue from behind wouldn’t be executed, and there wouldn’t be any executions in my city. My city would be very secure against war; during a war, one-meter-thick iron doors would close over the entire city.
