I never saw my grandfather but as I know he decided to go and live in a mansion that not many knew. The ones that knew where he was were forbidden to tell it, no matter what. And I have been told that my grandfather also loves me and his other grandsons and granddaughters, games and adventures…
It was a sunny summer day. We were at a family meeting which is like a little tradition for us. One of my uncles who knows about my grandfathers’ mansions place got up in the middle of the meeting. We were all questioning his actions except for the others who knew the mansions place. As his daughter was about to ask what he was doing, he began explaining.
‘’As all of you know, grandfather has always kept his location a secret. And the reason was that he wanted to wait for the time that all his grandchildren to grow up. So that they could join the game he planned for years. And today is the day that he was waiting for. You all can play the game. The purpose of the game is quiet nothing. The reward on the other hand is something valuable. It won’t be pronounced until the end of the game but believe me it will be worth it. You all have been given a hint now, but I can’t tell where it is. The hint will lead you to another. By the way don’t worry this game is a fair game. No one will have opportunities that others don’t have. Let the game begin.’’
We were all shocked. But the game sounded adventurous, so we all began looking for the hint. Some of us were looking at the garden. While I tried to remember how our uncle greeted us because I had sensed something off about it. While he was hugging us his other hand was on our hoodies. I instantly checked my hoodie and as I thought there it was. I followed the hint fast as I could…
I was starting to think that the last hint was wrong because I have been at the same place for half an hour and there was nothing suspicious. I got up and started walking around. Just then I bumped into a man. The man was looking a little nervous. I apologized and started walking. Just then the man say ‘’Going good so far!’’. I didn’t get it instantly but as a continued walking I felt something at my pocket. I reached into my pocket and found a piece of paper. It had an address written on it. I was nearly finished.
I went to the address and there greeted me a big mansion. I was amazed by its architecture. I went to knock on the door. Just then the door opened, and I saw my grandfather for the first time.
The reward was really something valuable. It was a family ring that would cost a lot if sold.
