MOVIES; PROS AND CONS

Movies… There are many pros and cons. As an example, they are really good sources of entertainment, with different varieties ranging from action to documentary to horror. But some types of movies, including some animes, can have a toll on mental health. Some of them contain murder, blood, and horrific jumpscares and they can distract us from our goals. They may make us addicted. This affects our physical health as much as they affect our mental health since we sit for a long time during the movie or anime.  We sit non-stop and it makes us gain weight since we don’t burn the calories we comsumed during the day. It makes us a drink less water because we don’t get up to drink. We get lazier and irresponsible as time passes. That’s why I’m against movies and don’t watch them.
