Is John Smith, who said, “Our logic is the instructor of humans and always helps us the correct way,” or Emily Brown, who explained, “Our logic is only a tool; our feelings and emotions are more important to listen,” right? In my opinion, John Smith is totally right, but Emily Brown has some mistakes in her opinion.
First of all, our logic and mind are the most important two things that define us as humans and separate our species from other living things. This also means that our logic is the most important tool we have. But on the other hand, our feelings and emotions aren’t that important and may change according to the day we’re having, which also means that they are not stable. So, in this way of thinking, we can get the idea that the mind and logic are a lot more trustworthy source of making a decision.
