Online learning platforms means learning from a teacher from a video call or watching videos of lectures from different websites or teachers and this has been a part of our lives. Students are currently comparing online learning to traditional class learning. With these situations, people started to argue about the advantages and disadvantages of online learning platforms.
Online learning has benefits for both students and teachers. We can also include parents too. First of all, by online learning students do not have the need to go to school every day and wake up so early. This can make a huge difference at students’ sleeping schedules. Also, by online learning you can access many learning platforms and websites which can make you learn faster without wasting time to wait for the teacher to teach you at class.
However as like every subject, online learning also has its own disadvantages too. Spending that much time in front of screens can lead to some health issues, mostly with the eyes. Also, by staying at home and not going out can also lead to health problems with the body, as like gaining weight and not having any energy.
To sum up all the pros and cons, we can see that traditional class learning is beneficial for maintaining our health and online learning is much effective when we are talking about information access. For my opinion, traditional class learning is better than online learning for students.
