Last Chance

I was selected for the national team today it was a very exciting and beautiful day my father was very proud of me. because my father always wanted me to be a good basketball player and a month later I got an offer from Real Madrid and Fenerbahçe. My father and I are from Fenerbahçe. My father wanted me to go to Fenerbahçe very much, but I wanted Real Madrid. I was upset about this, but I signed a contract with Fenerbahçe, this was my final decision. We had a difficult time with Fenerbahçe, we always lost the first matches, then we started to bleed the rest of the matches, then we were in the qualifiers, this was a very good opportunity for Fenerbahçe, we were getting closer and closer to the championship. My teammate Melih was injured and closed this season, everyone was very upset about it because he was a very valuable player. Since Melih was injured, the team was left to me. We faced Anadolu Efes in the quarter-finals, actually, this match was not that important to us because they were our brothers. We eliminated Anadolu Efes even though it was difficult, and we made it to the semi-finals. We faced Barcelona and we eliminated them by 5 points. I scored 38 points, which was my career record. And finally we met my arch-rival Real Madrid. There was a difference of 10 points between us and we were tied in the end, the match went to overtime, we were all very tired. We won by 3 points in overtime and it was the first time a team had won the Euroleague championship, we were that team.
