JUST THE FUTURE

Future and past are complicated topics but would I rather I had the ability to see the future or change the past? I would probably choose seeing the future because when I see the future I do not need to check on the past again. And also for me past is experience, present is experiment, future is expectation. But does changing the past effect the future, some of these studies found that changes made in the past won’t drastically alter the future. The present may become our past and future becomes as our present so this would change many things. There are also some quotes about it;

“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.” — Søren Kierkegaard

“A person can change his future by merely changing his attitude.”          — Earl Nightingale

“Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to, with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present.” — Marcus Aurelius

“The past was always there, lived inside of you, and it helped to make you who you were. But it had to be placed in perspective. The past could not dominate the future.” — Barbara Taylor Bradford
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something–your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.” — Steve Jobs
“Optimism is a strategy for making a better future. Because unless you believe that the future can be better, you are unlikely to step up and take responsibility for making it so.” — Noam Chomsky
At the end when we look at these quotes I personally think that future is more important the past that we have been through. Past can not save me but I think that future can.
