It was morning. I immediately got ready for school and went to school by car. When I came to class, our teacher was handing out a travel sheet. This was a camping trip paper. In the evening, I took the paper to my parents. They signed. Then I gave it to my teacher. And the big day came.
We set off at 4 in the morning. We slept for the first 4 hours, and then we sang songs. The road was a bit long. When we got there, it was already evening. Our teachers said that the forest was completely safe, so they could send us to collect wood alone. The task of collecting wood was given to me. But my friend also wanted to accompany me.
We went to collect wood together. It was pitch dark, but our torches made us feel comfortable. After collecting the wood, we lost our way back. Unfortunately, our phones were also left in the forest. It was also obviously late because the lights at the campground were turned off. Screaming sounds were heard slowly. As the teachers were shouting our names, we were just responding when someone grabbed my friend. I shouted too. ‘HELP! AHHHHHHH!’ I screamed. The teachers had arrived, and just as the unknown person was about to stab my friend, I took one of the woods we collected and broke it on the man’s head, and the man fainted. I collapsed next to my friend who fell to the ground and started crying. The teachers couldn’t even talk.
A few minutes later, other students approached us with a cake and said, ‘Happy Birthday Asya!’ they said. Even I forgot my birthday. I learned that they played a joke on me. The man whose head I threw wood at turned out to be my favorite teacher! So, this was my camping moment.
