Do our intelligence and personality stay the same from birth or Does it change in puberty?
Firstly, of course it changes. Not only in puberty, but also in our every lifetime. In my opinion, personality is the thing that changes the most. Your personality can change because of some sudden traumatic or dramatic things that you have lived through before, well they are rare tho. Some of the studies which were made for this question’s answer usually; people get more agreeable and conscientious and emotionally resilient as they age.
So is the intelligence the same?
YES. It is not exactly the same but it changes through lifetime. Well unlike personality there is something called IQ for intelligence. So what is IQ? IQ is a measure of what psychologists call our “fluid and crystallized intelligence.” Put simply, an IQ test measures your reasoning and problem-solving abilities. The level of your IQ is the mean of the 5 people around you. And that’s why you should pick the people around you carefully.
