My dream was to become a basketball player, but no one believed in me. They either made fun of me or pretended to support me insincerely. This made me sad, but it also fueled my determination. I worked harder to prove those who doubted me wrong, and not a day passed without training. Now, as I have grown up, I was preparing to pursue my dream of playing in the Euroleague. The team I aspired to join was Anadolu Efes, and when I turned 20, I went to the auditions with great excitement.
During the auditions, I played exceptionally well, and the thought of not being chosen saddened me deeply. However, after two hours of nerve-wracking anticipation, I received the news that I had been selected as one of the five best players for Anadolu Efes. It was a moment of immense pride and joy for me. Now, my name was known throughout Turkey, and it was an indescribable feeling.
This experience taught me that with determination and hard work, there is nothing that I cannot achieve.
