It was clear to him that this new republic had a very long way to go and heal its wounds. That is why although the war was finally over, there was a second phase of enlightenment. The aim was to modernize and reach the level of modern civilization as soon as possible. It was necessary to break the chains that held society back and eliminate the obstacles that hindered its progress. It was essential to turn these attempts into a way of living for society. It was possible to implement these by synergistic, cohesive, success-oriented reforms.
