Gating the Challenges in Social Media

In the past years, social media became a part of our lives,especially teenagers. Platforms like Snapchat, TikTok ,Instagram being the most commonly used .This platforms gives opportunities to connection with people also they cause depression.

One of the most seeing issues in social media is the mental health of the people . The constant check  to posted images and lifestyles can create feelings of we are not good as them , leading to body image issues and a distorted self-perception.Moreover the bully’s in the internet is so dangerous because they can be hack our thing.Many teens facing with bully in the social media.

Social media also affects our communications with people. It can provide our relationship.Most of the teenagers in the Turkey they cannot afford going outside with friends.So they just chat in the social media platforms.

To maintain a healthy relationship with social media, several strategies can be employed. First, setting time limits on usage can help prevent excessive scrolling and promote a balanced lifestyle. Encouraging offline activities, such as sports or hobbies, can also foster real-world connections. Additionally, promoting open discussions about the impact of social media can equip teens with the tools to navigate potential pitfalls, ensuring they use these platforms in a manner that supports their well-being rather than detracts from it.

In conclusion , social media is about side seeing.It can be useful for teenagers but they have to learn how to protect themselves.
