Food Lead to Mood

Nowadays there is s strong relationship between the food we eat and health. The nutrients inside the food are vital for us in some hard situations and we need them. In addition to our health,  nutrients effect our mood and our emotions as well.For example sweet endowed food such as chocalate , fruits give us energy and increae our mood. Different kind of food gives us different emotianal changes because of their chemical structure and the metabolic activity that happens due to the reaction.

Scientists  group the foods according to thir effect in our moods and behaviours. According to the reasearch; people having high stress level , depression and anxiety turned to foods that are in group of fast foods. These kind of food cause temrorary relief and increase our mood for a while because of the sugar (starch) inside. But this kind of food can cause big problems in our psychology and health. So many people in depression nowadays eat fast food just for saving the day without thinking the future. Experts and nutritionists that looks for the relationship between the nutrients we take and  mood effecting our behaviours, come out with an idea that the type of nutrient we take directly, effects our mood and behaviours due to that. These experts made an experiment about a man that is in depression and sad about his life. They gave this man high amounts of chocolate, fruits and meat every day for one month. Results were impressive after a month the men seemed energetic and overcome the depression which he had no hope for. This experiment shows that the nutrients we take from various food directly effect our mood and behaviours as we see in this experiment some helthy nutrients can sometimes cause progress in our health so the amount of healthy nutrients we take the increase in our mood.
