Every year, on the beautiful shores of our small town, we hold a special event called The Great Fishing Festival. Our slogan is simple but exciting: “catch the hapines not alredy fish” This festival is for everyone who loves nature, the sea, and the joy of fishing.

The theme of the festival is harmony with nature. It is not only about catching fish but also about respecting the ocean and its creatures. People come together to learn, enjoy, and celebrate life near the water. in the morning,The day starts early in the morning. Families, friends, and fishing lovers gather on the beach. At 6 a.m., there is a big fishing competition. People try to catch the biggest fish, but they must follow the rules. If the fish is too small, they put it back in the water. This teaches us to protect the sea and not harm young fish.For those who do not want to fish, there are other fun activities. Children can join painting and craft workshops where they make boats and fish from recycled materials. Adults can attend lessons about safe and sustainable fishing At  the noon, everyone takes a break for lunch. There is a big picnic area where people can enjoy fresh seafood dishes. Local chefs cook delicious meals, and visitors can try grilled fish, seafood soup, and homemade bread. There are also options for vegetarians, like salads and fresh fruit.After lunch, the festival continues with boat rides. People can rent small boats and explore the sea. For those who prefer to stay on land, there are games like tug-of-war and beach volleyball

at the eveningAs the sun sets, the festival becomes magical. There is live music on the beach, with local bands playing traditional songs. People dance barefoot on the sand. A big bonfire is lit, and everyone sits around it, sharing stories and enjoying marshmallows.The day ends with a lantern release. Each person gets a paper lantern. Before releasing it into the sky, they make a wish. Watching hundreds of lanterns floating away is the perfect ending to this wonderful day.
