Our restrictions are set by the genders we’ve had since our birth, and our lives were drawn within these limits. The education process, which covers the majority of our lives, and the career that will lead to it, has been a big problem especially in some countries since ancient times.(Afghanistan,Sudan,Niger,Nigeria…)
Education is an important right to take an active role in society, to live in harmony with others especially to knowing and using their basic rights. So all human beings, regardless of gender, have the right to educate and are convicted to have it up to a certain age.
But when we come to the solution part, this solution should be valid for all countries, even small or unknown places, and it should have a legal dimension. Just as the other rights are legally subjected to a crime when other rights are restricted, the same should apply to this violation of rights to. It is not possible to fully protect this right, just as it is impossible to develop places all over the world, but it can be minimized as much as possible if adequate precautions are taken.
For example, social awareness can be awaken, especially for young children, it can be taught from a young age how this violation can result. The main reason for this is that young children do many things with social pressure. For example, if the family does not want the child to be educated, the person believes that it is the best for him/her. Because until the age of one, children are the mirror of the family and the strings are in the hands of the family too. But if the consciousness awakes, the person begins to realize his/her own wishes.
And I think the most important thing is that the people who witnessed this should not remain silent. Although the authorities try to prevent it, it will never be enough and all of us should know that sometimes a little support can change people’s lives a lot.
