Many of us have heard this or even offered this advice. Most people have had some direct experience of the link between mood and food.

In fact eating chocolate releases happiness hormone. In the same way, diets high in fruits, vegetables, protein may help prevent and even cure depression. Plenty of fruits and vegetables with some protein foods, including oily fish, will support a good supply of nutrients for both good health and good mood. It means as well as affecting our physical health what we eat may also affect the way we feel. Improving your diet may help to improve your mood, give you more energy and help you think more clearly.
