Earthquakes

Do people build properly because they are educated without supervision or because they are moral? I think morality comes into play here. Because while building a building, I think that a person’s conscience should not allow him to do it even if that building collapses as a result of an earthquake. Because as a result of the earthquake, people could die because of your building that you didn’t do properly, and even if I did it just to make money, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night when people died. But of course, he has a contribution to his education here. Because a worker with a good education and doing his job correctly does not make the building bad anyway. But the fact that the education is good or bad is not something that makes the building earthquake-proof. As you know, there was a great earthquake in our country very recently and many buildings collapsed. And on top of that, a lot of people died. To prevent this from happening, people should be informed and buildings should be inspected.
