For me people emotions can change to what they ate For example chocolate there is no one who does not know the effect of chocolate on hormones and relationship with happiness. In addition, this reputation of chocolate was created with some inquiries. In other words, there is scientific data rather than an urban legend the observations made on this subject are that; the bear active nutritional contents of cocoa and the happiness hormone it contains called serotonin increase. this situation reflects on the person as a piece of happiness. but in a way some people can lose their bad habits by eating. for example some people who start to eat Chili Peppers can’t stop drinking alcohol and most of the research people who are strong to eating chili are the ones who stopped their addictions. in a report they said that “eating Hot Chili Peppers changed me” and also she said that she I’ve been not drinking alcohol for three years. so I guess eating Chili Peppers or chocolate is not making you a happy person or helps to lose your bad habit it helps you to believe that it gets you away or making you happy with that thing you eat. I think it’s all about believing it’s about believe in the thing that you eat makes you better and it can change the person you know some person would feel better with drinking water but some people like eating Peppers it’s all about yourself .of course it could be some scientific methods because of uh chocolate is a sweet thing of course it will be effects to your body or your emotions. you know who won’t be happy with eating chocolate. so at the end I guess it’s changed the person that what you eating can change your emotions but I’m saying that for sure that chocolate makes you happy.
