The pros of working from home are,more independence,more flexibility,no office distractions,provides work-life balance etc.When looked at in detail, it has many advantages in general.More independence is very important,most of the workers are complaining about independence.We know that workers are restricted by managers and have to comply with some rules in offices,but this is not valid at home.More flexibility is also about rules and restrictions.Another topic is work-life balance,Some peoples spend too much time on their offices and cannot come to home often.Traffic can be a problem also,but with home office you can easily balance your daily life with your job.Generally it gives you more flexibility in your working time.Opportunities to spend with your family or friends with work-life balance.
The cons of working from home are Distraction at home,concentration problems and risk of productivity etc.In detail,some concentration problems may happen,family members may talk to you,if you have kids your kids may distract you and these problems directly affect productivity.If you do not work efficiently, the quality of your work will decrease and this may affect your place in the company.Generally Since formality is less in a home environment and some distractions may occur, you may produce poor quality work.
