Discipline of Motivation

We are all human beings. We all have emotions, good and bad days and most importantly we have a purpose for living. Even if someone doesn’t share the same opinion with me, they are trying to find the purpose of their live indirectly, believe me. Despite spending so much effort in purpose of finding the real purpose of life, I believe that finding it is the most significant  factor of a life because it may lead to every single change you can apply to your life.

Start-up. Everyone hates start-ups because it seems as the most challenging attempt in creating another lifestyle. If I am supposed to give an example, I would definitely go with gym. If you really want to change something with you, gym would be the best. However, the thing I want to mention is starting to it. If you can really push yourself to start to it, then your discipline will lead you to success. I am not talking about motivation. Motivation can only help you to start-up and somedays can help you to have great exercises. The rest depends on the discipline for sure.

Dicipline is the key point of every single success. However, some people unfortunately can’t realize the difference between discilpine and motivation. As I just mentioned, motivation is only temporary, the thing that will separate you from others and push you to success is only discipline. Last weekend, Chris Bumstead won Mr. Olympia Classic Phsyique for the 4th time. Do you think that he won it because of his motivation? Of course not.

Motivation is like the candy that the Turkish government gives to students before the exam in my opinion. It may help them to stay calm and be more concentrated but it never teaches a topic they don’t know. Whereas discipline does. Chris Bumstead’s discipline leaded him to win the competition. His exercise routine, diet, separation of day leaded him to win. The only thing I see here is discpline like everyone should see so.

To sum up, a motivation is necessary to make a start-up because it may lead to a good start. However, starting to a job is not enough. The thing that matters is consistency which can only get done by discipline. So, even though making a good start is important in order to realize what you want to achieve but in case you have got lack of discipline; the “start” will keep staying as a start.
