Once upon a time, there was a little ten-year-old kid named Lucy. She was the biggest fan of the cartoon show called “Charlotte’s Wand”. Her favourite character was the main character, Charlotte. The cartoon was about a girl who gets a power because of the wand. Lucy was always dreaming about being able to get a power everyday, just like Charlotte.
One day, there was a episode of “Charlotte’s Wand” which is the episode that Charlotte gets invisibility power. While Lucy was watching the cartoon episode, she thought that ” I wish I had the ability to go invisible when I liked or if need be.”.
Then, Lucy’s mother walked in with a plate full of fruits. The moment that she looked at the sofa, she started to stare at the sofa. Lucy was having a difficulty to understand her mother’s reaction. Lucy’s mother yelled: “Lucy! Where are you?” Lucy was shocked and trying to figure out the process. Then she realised what she just wished for. She wished for being invisible, and then she became invisible.
She was trying to get over the shock. Her mother started to look for her. After a few seconds, she realized that she should figure out how to control this power, otherwise she will stay invisible in the rest of her life. She ran to the bathroom so that her mom will think that she was here all the time. Lucy look at her hand and imagine that it exist. She looked at the mirror, and bingo! She became visible. She returned to her mother, and told her she was in the bathroom.
Evening of the same day, Lucy went to a supermarket to get some milk. Near the cash desk, she saw her favourite chewing gum. But her money is enough to buy only milk. After she paid for the milk, she made herself invisible and get some gum. But bad news! Her being invisible doesn’t mean that the gums are invisible to! So people in the cash line saw flying chewing gums. It was confusing for everyone. Lucy just didn’t know what to do and started to run.
Lucy went back to home. Her mother was preparing the dinner. When they were eating the dinner, flash news appeared on the screen. The news was about flying gums. The newscaster said “Scientists can’t believe their eyes. If there is a situation like flying gums or an invisible robber, the police will take care of it.”
Lucy was terrified. She started to cry and then she opened her eyes. She was laying down on the couch, there is the outro of Charlotte’s Wand. She realized that she was having a nightmare. “Maybe being invisible isn’t that good” she thought.
She learned her lesson. Even if people can’t see, she shouldn’t do bad things. There will be consequences. She’s always been a good girl since that day.
