Challenges of Comfort

In everyday life, many people create their own comfort zone. Some people feel safe when they are alone, and some people feel safe when they are with people they know. Everyone’s comfort zone shows diversity, of course. At the same time, because people feel safe in these areas, they act more relaxed and as if they have everything under control. These feelings are actually related to our psychology.

 

We can examine people’s comfort zones in three parts. In the first area, the area where we are comfortable, individuals experience the lowest level of anxiety in the danger-free environment they have created, or even mostly do not experience. Individuals who are used to the comfort and dangerousness of this area do not go outside the area and may show resistance. Individuals’ abilities or competencies may not show development because they are not triggered unless they go outside this area. That is why people cannot improve themselves and count where they are by not adding any good to themselves in a good way.  Therefore, in order for a person to improve himself, he needs to get out of this area. The second area is the area with the best performance. As the name of this field implies, it is the field that supports the development and learning experienced at the optimum, which means the best, the largest, the highest level. In this way, people get to know themselves and develop themselves by doing self-directed studies. It carries advanced levels. They do not avoid taking risks. They can risk all the possible dangers. They do everything they do in the most beautiful way and overcomes it in the best way. The third area outside the comfort zone is the dangerous area. The level of anxiety in this area is very high. Some people come to ale when they can’t get out of this area, they can’t do anything. Because stress will have affected them. Since stress is one of the biggest enemies of people in this life, we should get to a level where we can stay away from this area.

 

The routines in our daily lives have become our habits now, and these create our comfort zones over time. Sometimes, when we can’t do these routines, anxiety takes over us because we will get out of our comfort zone anymore. In this way, we will have entered the dangerous zone. For this reason, the comfort area can bring unhappiness as well as create a happy environment. There are also side effects such as counting where it is, being far from innovation, and not being able to improve oneself. But this situation can also show its full course. On the contrary, in some people, when they feel in their comfort zone, they work more efficiently and are able to develop. Because there are no extraordinary changes in his life, and he can do more productive things because he will not experience feelings of stress or panic.

I think the habits in our life carry us backwards. Sometimes we have to surprise our life and learn how to overcome such difficulties. Life is full of all kinds of difficulties. If we do not leave our own space, we will not be able to learn what is happening outside and we will end our lives without being able to improve ourselves by counting in the same place. In fact, our life consists of a rather short time, we have to enjoy the moment and take some risks, since we don’t know what can happen at any moment. In short, if we want to get some heads, we must first get out of our own comfort zone.
