Can People Increase Their Creativity With Education?

Creativity is a person’s power to create original content. But as you know, being creative is a difficult thing to do.

I think creativity is innate and cannot be increased because creativity level is the same at all ages. But with some special techniques, a person can be educated to use his/her creativity more useful. For example, a painter can draw more creative paintings by being educated.

Shortly, a person can be more creative by being educated with some special techniques, but it is about something other than his creativity level, it is about whether he is using his creativity useful or he is using it for unnecessary things.
