Some of the people prefer to live in big cities, and some people would prefer to live in a big city. There is a lot of reasons to live in a big city and there are also a lot of reasons to live in a big city too. But which place would I prefer to live in?
People’s living choices (preferences) vary for so many factors, such as age, job, hobbies etc. Mostly elderly people choose small towns to move, after all those stressful years they want and need a peaceful, calm life. The American Institute of Stress reports 120,000 people die every year as a direct result of work-related stress. Additionally, healthcare costs resulting from work-related stress totals an average of $190 billion a year. So, if you are living in a metropolis and making pretty good money, most probably you are a businessman and that might cause untreated long term (chronic) stress. Chronic stress has been reported to be associated with health conditions such as: anxiety, depression, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity etc. So most probably people who have worked in stressful jobs at past would like to move to a small town with less stress and less problems to be healthier and to lower their stress levels. Also, there is some people who wants to live rest of their lives in a metropolis, like the people who want to move or live in small towns have reasons, the people who want to live in a big city (metropolis) have decent reasons like them too. People who want to live in a metropolis most probably want to live there because in big cities you have more opportunity to work, larger cities are more industrial, advanced, and everything can be found with the least effort and time. Large cities also have better schools and universities then small places.
If you would ask me, I would live in a metropolis, in a big city at the rest of my life because I am still young and have time to achieve a lot of stuff and it would be much easier for me to achieve these things if I live in a big city than a small town or place.
