Benefits of Music

Life without music is like a deep cave with thunderstorms.In my opinion music is something special which feeds our soul.Also, it is so beneficial for many things that we cannot even predict the effect of music.

According to scientist, music develops performance in running. Runners who listen to motivational songs run faster than those who do not listen to music.Music is one of the ways to rise happiness.It helps your brain to secrete dopamine that increases feelings of happiness, excitement and joy if you listen to song you like.Music reduces stress while increasing overall health.Music has a direct impact on our hormones.When you listen to music you like, it reduces levels of the hormone cortisol in your body.Reduction of stress will give a chance to you to be happier.Music develops sleep.People suffer from insomnia are told to listen to classical or relaxing music before sleeping.Music is a really good method to decrease depression and anxiety.Moreover, it has benefits on focusing while studying.It increases academic performances.I cannot imagine a life without music.Music can motivate you during a workout.

Music holds your brain healthy in old age.It can reduce alzheimer .Music has the ability to develop the quality of your life.Charles Darwin once remarked, “If I had my life to live over again, I would have made a rule to read some poetry and listen to some music at least once every week.” Albert Einstein declared, “If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician.” Jimi Hendrix called music his “religion.”(1)

Briefly, as Friedrich Nietzsche said: “Without music, life would be a mistake.” If you are in no mood to keep doing what you do, listening to music can be really helpful,It can motivate you.Music is like a natural antidepressant which gives you power and energy to keep going.In my opinion, music is something precious which makes great moments immortal.
