Hi, my name is Steve. If I had the chance to see one of the wonders of the world, I would want to see the Temple of Artemis. When I first saw pictures of the Temple of Artemis, it looked amazing to me, so I really want to see it in person. The Temple of Artemis is located in Selçuk, İzmir. Artemis was the goddess of the wild, animals, the hunt, and fertility. The temple was destroyed for the last time by Christian rebels in 401 AD. That’s all I know, but I’m sure there is much more to learn about it.
In addition, this temple was also a center of trade and culture during its time. People came not only to worship but also to trade and meet others. If I ever have the chance to visit the Temple of Artemis, it would be a very special experience for me to feel the enchanting atmosphere of the past and witness history.
