This was the first day of my life without technology. I had set a goal not to use technology for a month. At first, I thought it would be easy. However, whenever I saw people using technology repeatedly, I felt tempted to start using it too. Therefore, I decided to avoid seeing anyone except my friends and family.
That day, I played above-the-ground hide-and-seek and other games that my friends and I created. The first day was much harder than the others because I was just starting to get used to not using technology. The days went by, and I finally began to adjust. The second day was a lot easier than the first. I did physical activities, crafts, or played a game I always enjoyed with my cat called “Catch, Hop, Run, and Get Away from Me.”
By the third day, I had started getting used to seeing people use technology in front of me.
