A Month Without Technology !

 

Imagine no phone, no TV, no internet. At first, I felt scared. What would I do without screens? But then I thought, “This can be fun!”

Day 1: Quiet Morning
I woke up, and the room was quiet. No phone sounds, no alarms. I looked out of the window and heard birds singing. I made breakfast slowly and enjoyed every bite.

Week 1: Nature’s Beauty
After a few days, I went for walks in the park every morning. The trees, flowers, and fresh air made me feel happy. I took a notebook with me to draw what I saw. My drawings weren’t perfect, but I loved making them.

Week 2: Time for Myself
I started to spend more time alone. At first, it felt strange, but then I liked it. I wrote stories in my notebook and thought about my dreams. I felt calm and free.

Last Day: A New Me
After one month, I felt different. I smiled more and enjoyed small things like the sound of the wind or the colors of the sky. Even if I used technology again, I knew I didn’t need it to be happy.
