As an out-of-school activity, I would strongly recommend having a sports club which includes various activities such as basketball, football, and swimming. This report will explain the benefits of having an out-of-school sports club.
To begin with, having a sports club would help the students to unwind after long hours of lectures and endless exams they seem to be taking. Including various activities in the club would help them discover what branch of sports they like the best and maybe even push them to pursue a career in that certain branch. It would help students to enhance their both physical and mental health as well because regular participation in sports develops the motor functions of the brain according to Harvard University researchers. it would develop social and communication skills
The club will operate after school hours, with sessions held on weekdays and weekends. Each session will be led by a professional instructor for students to get the most out of each session. We could utilize existing school facilities, with potential sponsorships from local sports centers for additional resources.
We could do student surveys to gauge student’s interest in the club and learn their preferences for specific sports and activities. We should allocate a budget for the coaches, purchasing equipment, and maintaining facilities. While setting a budget we should investigate partnerships.
In conclusion, establishing this club will have severe benefits for our school and students in both the long and short run.
