The Palace I Went To

Today, I visited the palace. The door was enormous and a deep shade of brown. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by a long red carpet stretching out before me. Valuable paintings adorned the walls, adding to the grandeur of the space. An assistant guided me on a tour of the palace.

We turned left at the end of the first corridor and entered the grand hall, where the edges of the seats were lined with gold. Continuing our exploration, we moved into the dining room, where the table also featured elegant golden edges.

Next, we descended a staircase, and a delightful aroma wafted toward me. Curiosity piqued, we followed the scent and discovered it originated from the kitchen, which was a warm and inviting place.

Afterward, we took the elevator up two floors. Upon exiting, we immediately turned right and found ourselves in a hall where the king and queen were present. They greeted me warmly and inquired if I liked the palace. I expressed how much I truly enjoyed my visit.

To continue our conversation, we made our way to the garden, where we enjoyed drinks surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers that both looked and smelled wonderful. After a pleasant chat, they bid me farewell.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the palace and can’t wait for my next visit.
