To Great Leader Atatürk

Hi Atatürk, my name is Isabella, but you can call me Isa or Isabel. You are a great gift to Turkey, and other nations have said you are a remarkable leader. I’m writing from America, and I wonder, how do you never seem to get tired of fighting? I read in a book that some nations are described as fighters or as people who only care about themselves. I believed that for 8 years until I learned about you. Then I realized it wasn’t true — it’s not that other nations are bad, but maybe we are the ones who don’t understand. We often lie to ourselves without knowing it.

I have so many questions for you. I’m the princess of my kingdom, and in one year I will take on more responsibilities. What can I do to make my kingdom more beautiful? Should I use ideas from your kingdom? I have more questions, but I will read many books like you did and learn, so I can solve the problems myself.

Thank you, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. You are my life idol. I’m sure my people will admire you as I do.

See you soon,

By: Princess Isabella of the American Kingdom
